Complementary we offer fully insured key holding service for those who don’t always want or can’t be in while we are pampering up your property. Please note that only our director and assigned cleaner has got an access to your key.

We guarantee a 100% customer satisfaction, therefore if something wasn’t cleaned the way you expected send us a picture within 24hrs so we will do our best to put things right!

Yes, for your convenience all our staff comes fully equipped and brings the highest quality, professional cleaning products. However, on your request we can use products supplied by yourself. Please ask!

Also, we can use our premium eco friendly product range for an additional cost.

Certainly, you can. Your dedicated cleaner is always ready to go above and beyond to fulfil your changing requirements. It is YOU the client who gets to determine the jobs performed prior to each visit so our dedicated manager can ensure that you can get well deserved time for you, your family and friends.

Our prices reflect the high standard of finish and a stress free managed cleaning so you can relax.

We also look after our cleaners who receive a significantly higher pay rate than the national minimum wage to ensure that we recognise the value in their expertise and commitment to go above and beyond in order to fulfil our customers requirements.

Paradigm Cleaning team aims to ‘do all the dirty work’ in order for your property/home to look always ‘Sparkling’.
We aim to see or discuss in detail each job before we can price it, alternatively can give you an hourly rate depending on your individual requirements.

We accept three different ways of payment such as bank transfers, cash or gift vouchers that are exclusively supplied by us!

Certainly you can! We try to accommodate your changing needs on a daily bases, so you can rearrange a time or a date of our service even up to 24hrs before scheduled visit!

In order to ensure our staff gets their agreed cleaning time, if you cancel on us in less than 24hrs we reserve rights to charge a full amount for the hours agreed before hand.
