Angelika Matysiak has formed Paradigm Cleaning Ltd to deliver a locally reliable, bespoke, flexible cleaning/ organising and decluttering services for those busy in life wether you are a run ragged mum, business professional, agent or elderly person.
Since becoming a mum to two very active children and working part time, I finally understood that there is so many of us with the same issues of not having enough time to enjoy life, play with children, do our hobbies or simply relax.
After a thorough search, it has been difficult to find a local cleaner who would not just do the standard cleaning checklist each time working but to be flexible around my changing needs and being properly managed.
I personally pride myself in a clean and organised home but often find it that an extra pair of hands massively help me to do the jobs that I personally dislike or don’t have a time for on regular bases.
Hence, there was my idea for a business.
We provide you with fully managed, adaptable cleaning staff and ensure that all of our work is done to the highest of standards!

…is to create the most adaptable, flexible managed cleaning team in York and surroundings, as well as to deliver 100% of satisfaction for those who need our help. Let’s not forget about recognising our staff for their dedication, ongoing training, above and beyond approach towards our customers.
Our Approach…
Paradigm Cleaning staff is uniquely trained so we can transfer our knowledge and attention to detail across of different working environments. Whenever required, in collaboration with our clients we are able to use eco-friendly range of products to reduce our impact on the environment we are working in so your children and pets can be safe.
Working hours
We understand that our services are required at different times and across of a full week, hence we built a flexible team of cleaners who are available at your convenience.
Usual office hours are between 8am and 7pm Monday till Saturday but our staff also works on Sundays whenever is required.
